Following graduation from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, Mr. Mendoza came to the central coast in pursuit of a career in Civil Engineering. After a few years tenure in the structural engineering field, he joined Flowers & Associates, Inc. in 2024.
His technical expertise in design and modelling using AutoCAD, RISA 3D, Ram Elements, Wood Works and Enercalc allow for flexibility across a wide variety of projects. His project experience lends a high-altitude perspective to an array of engineering challenges, including grading and drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, erosion control plans, and earthwork calculations.
