CEQA Management

The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requires that state and local agencies identify the significant environmental impacts of their actions and to avoid or mitigate those impacts, if feasible. The planners at F&A conduct environmental reviews for all of our projects and do our best to make all of our projects exempt from further CEQA review. For additional environmental review, F&A utilizes its connections and business relationships to acquire the best specialists to review a project for impacts, including, but not limited to Air Quality, Biological Resources, Cultural Resources, Geology/Soils, and Traffic.
