Birnam Wood Golf Club is private golf club located in Montecito, California. Membership includes homeowners, local residents and out-of-the-area visitors. Birnam Wood Golf Club has approximately five miles of interior streets with bordering residences and a clubhouse.
Scope of Services
The Project included rehabilitating the network of residential streets. Flowers & Associates provided design and construction monitoring.
